TIPS FOR GOOD NIGHT SLEEP

 Go to bed at the same time each day.
 Get up at same time each day.
 Get regular exercises each day.
 Keep the temperature in your bedroom comfortable.
 Keep the bedroom dark enough. Use dark blinds or wear an eye mask if needed.
 Use your bed only for sleep.
 Take medicines only as directed.
 When you go bed, relax your muscles, beginning with your feet and working your way up to your head.
